MailCerty terms of use.
These terms apply to the MailCerty service, APIs and add-ons.
Service
MailCerty prepares proven email, notifications, explicit acknowledgements and confidential content, then returns the associated events and records. Available functions depend on the active plan and account quotas.
Account and security
Users protect their credentials and API keys, revoke them when compromised and keep organisation details accurate. Automated use must follow the published authentication and rate-limit controls.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unsolicited mail, impersonation, fraud, control bypass or unlawful content. Users remain responsible for message content, recipients and their lawful basis for processing.
Evidence and availability
MailCerty reports events actually observed and does not invent delivery, opening or acknowledgement. Maintenance, email providers and networks may temporarily affect availability or processing time.
Termination and data
Access and quotas follow the active plan. Account termination or deletion triggers the retention and purge rules in the privacy policy. Required evidence should be exported before final deletion.
