Controller and purposes

MailCerty is provided by ORIANA SYSTEMS. Data is processed to authenticate users, prepare the requested delivery mode, create and return evidence, protect access, provide support and secure the service.

Google Workspace data

The Gmail add-on uses the account email address to verify the authorized sender. After an explicit action, it adds the selected evidence address or gateway to the draft. It can create a label and filter requested by the user.

The add-on does not read message bodies, attachments or mailbox history, and cannot send or delete messages.

Limited Use and no AI

MailCerty’s use of raw or derived data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Gmail add-on uses no AI/ML service and transfers no raw, derived, aggregated or anonymized Google Workspace data to any AI/ML provider for training or improving generalized models.

Retention and security

The API key is stored in the user’s private Apps Script properties. Account evidence is retained while the subscription remains active and according to the plan settings. Technical logs are limited to security, diagnostics and traceability needs.

Transfers are encrypted in transit. Secrets are never displayed after storage. Backups and evidence objects are isolated by environment and follow the service purge policies.

User control

Users can remove the add-on from their Google account, delete the filter and label in Gmail, revoke the API key in MailCerty and request access, correction or deletion of account data.
